Twellium joined forces with over 130 volunteers for a beach cleanup to mark World Oceans Day.
The event took place along the Labadi–Polo Beach stretch and successfully cleared more than three tons of waste from the shoreline.
The initiative was held in collaboration with Mayekoo.
This marks yet another milestone in Twellium’s ongoing sustainability journey to promote cleaner environments and support national climate action goals.
The company looks forward to deepening its environmental partnerships and launching more impactful initiatives in the near future.
The Communications Manager for Twellium, Daniel Anyorigya, stated that
“This cleanup is a reminder that collective action leads to meaningful change. We are proud of our staff and volunteers who gave their time and energy to protect our oceans. Twellium is committed to reduce, recycle and reuse plastics for a better environment”.
